About SRC Elections
University life isn't just about lectures and labs. It's about shaping your experience, making your voice heard, and leaving your mark.
Interested? Well you might want to run for a position on the Students' Representative Council (SRC).
Twice a year, the power is in your hands. Spring elections fill all positions, while Autumn lets you choose General, 1st Year, and Postgraduate reps, plus fill any vacant seats. Anyone can run (as long as you're a registered student who hasn't opted out). Academic positions require belonging to your School/College, and Undergraduate/Postgraduate roles need you to be enrolled at the time.
No experience needed! Just passion, ideas, and a desire to make your uni experience the best it can be. The SRC is your gateway to understanding how the University works, championing student issues, and being a voice for your peers. Plus, you'll meet incredible people, boost your CV, and have a lot of fun along the way.
