Join us at the Eco-Hub for a special Student Refugee Week drop-in event where we celebrate the rich diversity of our campus through communal art and free sweet buns from a local Ukrainian bakery (Deanston Bakery).
Take part in our collective art project by painting or drawing a mini canvas that represents a piece of home—something you've brought with you to Scotland that connects to your culture, customs, and lived experiences. These individual tiles will be assembled into a larger display, creating a communal artwork.
While you paint, enjoy a 50p coffee from the Eco-Hub and indulge in free sweet buns from Deanston Bakery, a Ukrainian bakery from the southside of Glasgow. Gluten-free and vegan options will be available.
Whether you're an artist or just looking for a creative way to connect with others, this is a space to share your story, meet new people, and celebrate what makes our community unique.
