Overview

It's a new year and it's time for a new Drag 101 to rear it's sparkly head once again! Lets kick 2023 off with a bang, shall we? Can we hear a faint "yas queen" in the distance?

Our dragilistic duo Dharma Geddon and Alana Duvey are returning to The Gilchrist Postgraduate Club, Glasgow Uni for our new year special on Tuesday 17th January 2023 at 7pm.

Featuring more drag shenanigans than you can shake a wig at such as lip sync performances, live singing, comedy and games all while continuing to break gender norms and experiment with gender.

As always, Drag 101 is open to all, no matter your age, race, gender, sexuality, abilities, body type, shape, size, hair colour etc. it doesn't matter!

So whether you're a Rupaul's Drag Race, Boulet Brothers' Dragula or even a Camp Wannakiki superfan, a supporter of the local drag scene or you've never even heard of or seen a drag performer in your life, you will be welcomed and loved here at Drag 101.

Free entry! No tickets needed. Simply turn up and you'll be let in (even if you're a little late, we'll still let you in). Advised to arrive early to guarantee a good seat!

We operate a welcoming, safe and relaxed space for all. PLUS you can purchase drinks at the bar and maybe even a cheeky snack or two.

Although the show is free, a voluntary tip is always welcome but this is not mandatory.
