Overview

Get ready for a vibrant evening of costumes, creativity, and celebration! Join us for a Karneval-inspired evening at the Gilchrist Postgraduate Club with German Society.

Karneval is a festival celebrated in various regions of Germany where people traditionally dress up and take part in parades.

Join us for:

  • Costume catwalk-style event
  • Award prizes for the best costumes
  • Complimentary doughnut upon arrival
  • Fun games and music to enjoy
  • Gilchrist Café will be open to purchase drinks from that evening

This event is all about having fun, de-stressing, and making new connections, so whether you’re into the festive spirit or just looking for a reason to get creative, this is the place to be. You do not have to be a German to attend - this event is open to all students to take part in this fun celebration!
