- Rebekah Bilbrough, nutritionist, will lead an informative nutrition session and taste-testing to explore how food can help manage chronic health conditions.
- Build your own health box with all the resources you could need!
- Anji Sandhu, expert on PCOS, will talk about managing pain and what she wished she knew before and after being diagnosed with PCOS.
- Interactive sessions, including an Ask Us Anything corner where attendees can anonymously submit their health concerns and get expert advice.
