What is dryland training and how can it benefit you?
Every Monday and Tuesday, we offer strength and conditioning training for all ability levels, catering to both swimming and water polo. With only 2 sessions a week, we aim to provide a programme that will increase your power and speed in the water, your distance per stroke and finally aids in injury prevention by strengthening muscles which aren’t used as frequently in the pool.
Strength and conditioning can seem nerve wracking at first but we aim to make it both fun and beneficial this year with our brand new programme. The training playlist also has amazing reviews
