Welcome to the new SRC website!

On Monday 6th September, we launched the new and improved SRC website. 

This new site has all of the same information the old one had, but should be much easier to navigate, nicer to look at, and includes a host of great features for students to make use of.

For a little while we'll be ironing out any bugs or issues with the site, so we'd appreciate your feedback on it! If you encounter any issues when you're navigating the pages please email us at communications@src.gla.ac.uk

You may have also noticed that our URL has changed.

• What does this mean for me?

If you are a club or society, or a University department, it may mean that your web pages or printed assets will have an outdated link for the SRC website.

• What has been done to remedy this?

For 99% of the pages on our old site, we will set up ‘re-directs’ meaning that when an old URL for our site is used, it should re-direct you toward the updated page on our new site. In some cases, a page may have been removed or archived so you will be simply re-directed to the home page of the new site. Our intention is to turn our old site into an archive site for older content, but it may be a few weeks before this is up and running.

• What can we do to help?

If you spot any links on your web pages or printed assets that do not have re-direct set up, please let us know! We’ll be happy to set that up. We’d also really appreciate if you could start to use our new web address on your assets – glasgowunisrc.org – and start to make updates to your own site to point toward our new site.
