GUNETAS (Glasgow University Neuroendocrine Tumour Awareness Society) is dedicated to raising awareness about neuroendocrine tumours (NETs), a rare and often underdiagnosed group of cancers. Every year, over 4,000 people in the UK are diagnosed with a NET, yet public understanding of these conditions remains limited. Our society aims to bridge this gap by hosting educational events, discussions, and fundraising events that highlight the importance of early detection and effective management. Whether you’re interested in medical sciences, passionate about advocacy, or simply curious to learn more, GUNETAS welcomes everyone to join our effort to increase awareness and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those affected by NETs.
