About

Successful Women at Glasgow (SWAG): A platform to showcase the personal and professional successes of women.

Successful Women at Glasgow (SWAG) is a society which aims to celebrate, inspire and facilitate all successful women, in both their personal and professional lives. We hope to support and empower staff and students of all gender identities by hosting speaker events which showcase women in a diverse variety of fields, organising initiatives relating to student welfare, and fundraising for our partnered charity – Glasgow and Clyde Rape Crisis.

We aim to make our Speaker and Fundraising Events as accessible as possible, so they will always be free and held in accessible venues/ online. We are very proud of our relationship with Glasgow and Clyde Rape Crisis and fundraise throughout the year through a variety of different ways to help to support the amazing work they do, and promote their vital services on campus.

If this sounds like something you would like to get involved with – become a SWAG member!

Membership is free and includes entry to our events and socials throughout the year.
