Welcome to Glasgow University Tamil Society (GUTS), the first international Tamil student society in all of Scotland. GUTS brings together students to enjoy Tamil culture, language and the global Tamil identity by celebrating Tamil festivals, food, films, art, music and literature spanning more than 2000 years. We represent the Tamil community and raise support for worthy causes. With an exciting event calendar throughout the year, GUTS is a fun and lively place to meet new people and make new pals! All UofG students are welcome to join the GUTS family, in fact we have a lot of non-Tamil members from all over the world, so we would love to have you whether or not you speak Tamil!
