We know that preparing for exams and meeting deadlines can be overwhelming.
That’s why we’re offering a range of free events, activities, and resources designed to help all students take a break, recharge, and manage stress during the Spring Exam Diet (28th April – 23rd May 2025).
Whether you’re looking for a quiet space to relax, a chance to connect with others, or a fun activity to take your mind off studying, you’ll find something in our diverse programme.

Support When You Need It
The SRC is here to support you through every exam season. Our Advice Centre offers guidance on exam preparation and academic concerns. If you need free, impartial, and confidential advice, contact advice@src.gla.ac.uk.
