Imene Zoulikha Kassous
My name is Imene. I am currently a fourth year PhD student in inclusive education and autism who is willing to use her skills to make a beneficial contribution to the SRC Team and postgraduate community. As a PGR convenor, I would love to support my colleagues to overcome the difficulties they encounter during their university journey and also come together to communicate with each other to resolve any problems.
Spending three years at the University of Glasgow, I learned a lot about the different issues that students face especially at the level of both mental and physical health. For this reason, I am really interested in helping to create a healthy atmosphere where we can all share our thoughts whether they are ups or downs.
In addition to this, as my research interest includes inclusion, I will work to make the PGR community as accessible as possible to everyone. This will maintain a continuous level of communication among all the PGRs.
Overall, I want to become a PGR convenor in order to make the voice of PGRs heard and their needs met.
