What will I do as the head of Business School?
- Connect current entrepreneurs of our university, this will provide a great networking opportunity, to increase their startup audience while helping other students provide feedback and possible opportunities.
- Contact previous successful alumni to engage on young entrepreneur decisions, through meetings. Moreover, internship opportunities will be offered through this measure.
- Work with university startup funding in order to take forward the most environmentally sustainable ideas, helping not only the students, but the social wellbeing.
I think these aims will positively impact our business school, as it will bring its actual purpose of involving with current ventures, rather than basing everything on theory and case studies. In addition, having an expanded entrepreneurial network will help for the future of our business students.
What will I bring to the role?
- I currently work toward the marketing expansion of a shop, besides collaborating with other 5 current business owners of our university
- I will provide enough motivation and investment support for proper ideas and a team with drive.
Vote if you want a united business school with proper networking and career opportunities.

Nishant Kumar Singh
Dear fellow students at the University of Glasgow,
My name is Nishant Kumar Singh, and I am running for the position of class representative for the MSc Investment Banking and Finance program. As a responsible leader, I promise to work closely with you to identify the issues that you face as students, both in and out of the classroom.
As your representative, I aim to bring your concerns to the forefront and work towards finding practical solutions. Whether it's academic-related issues, student welfare or campus facilities, I will ensure that your voice is heard, and your needs are met.
I will work with the SRC Advice Centre to offer the necessary support and guidance to students with isolated issues that require less public attention.
I will keep you informed about the progress of any plans of action we decide to undertake, and I will always be open to your feedback and suggestions. I promise to remain accountable and transparent throughout my tenure as class representative.
Together, we can make a positive difference in the student community of the University of Glasgow. I look forward to representing you.
Sincerely,
Nishant Kumar Singh
